Grades: 3-6<\/span> Course Description:<\/b> Beyond Five in a Row is a literature-based, teacher-driven, unit study curriculum designed for children around age 8 to 12. It acts as a bridge from picture books to chapter books, using two fiction and two non-fiction books per semester to cover history, science, language arts, and art. Each class will include a read aloud portion, discussion, assigned reading and instruction for homework for the week.
